Best :
It is very fast and consumes little memory.

Personal Opinion
I personally use an prefer google chrome. At first I used ie because I used windows, and when I moved into mac safari and even firefox, but once I tried Chrome it has something that convinced me. Some of the features I most like is the non-distracting interface, the secret navigator, not so much for keeping my navigation history secret for to do that it is simply a matter of erasing it but to have less cookies that give away personal information. However anyone is free to choose for each counts with its own advantages.
E-mail Comparation
Gmail , windows live hotmail and yahoo mail are three of the most popular free online e-mail providers
The three services offer very similar features , but yahoo mail is the only vendor that offers free unlimited storage space . Gmail offers little more than 7 GB and windows live hotmail 5 gigs .
Personal Opinion E-mail
I usually gmail I have never been let down by that account. I use gmail because it is a better email but because it is an account that offers at the same time many other features such as this blogger, youtube or even more usefull Google Drive. That is why I personally consider Gmail the best option.
